Manuscripts submitted for publication (preprints), peer-reviewed pre-publication articles (postprints), and published articles from the faculty of Baylor College of Medicine are posted here, or cited here with links to full text.

Ranked 20th in the nation, and first in Texas since 2006 for obtaining National Institutes of Health (NIH) funding, Baylor won more than $410 million in total research funds in fiscal 2014. Baylor operates 36 research centers and 8 academic centers, as well as more than 100 faculty research laboratories. Baylor staff provide patient care at numerous independently-run facilities, cooperating healthcare institutions, and affiliated hospitals.

Articles listed here are a tiny fraction of the research literature produced by Baylor authors; papers published by BCM faculty and researchers number in the thousands annually.
