Author Biography
Traqina Q. Emeka is an associate professor at the University of Houston Downtown. Her research interests include juvenile delinquency, victimology, recidivism, and community corrections. She is also the co-author of American Victimology and has published in the areas of child abuse, juvenile recidivism, and community corrections.
