Abstract
Mr. Freeman continues the story of the state cancer hospital and the role of the Anderson Foundation in establishing it in Houston. He gives an account of the purchase of the land for the permanent site of the hospital and other institutions in the TMC; he discusses the philosophy underlying the MD Anderson Foundation's approach to assisting all of the various institutions.
