    Celebrating 4 Million Downloads in Digital Commons @ TMC

    On April 5th, 2005, the first article was deposited in DigitalCommons@TMC [https://tmc.us10.list-manage.com/track/click?u=d3a6e613f90d14e424d35137f&id=77554818b3&e=7d83d1b232]. Since then, 44.1k items have been deposited into our institutional repository. On average, DigitalCommons@TMC is viewed on average by 185+ countries, 3200+ institutions, seeing 185k downloads monthly. Audio visual streaming materials have been hosted on DigitalCommons@TMC since 2023, and the system counts more than 1,750+ streams. This repository reached its 3 million downloads milestone in October 2025, and we are celebrating reaching the milestone of 4 million total downloads in late April 2026.
