Abstract
-
Ichthyosis uteri is a rare condition describing extensive endometrial keratinization.
-
There may be an association with squamous cell carcinoma of the endometrium.
-
Endometrial extension of cervical malignancy may closely resemble ichthyosis.
-
A hysterectomy should be considered in patients who have completed childbearing.
