A practicing dentist in Houston for 50 years, Dr. Winston has served in a leadership capacity in many dental societies through the years - on local, state, national and international levels. He describes his humble beginnings in Tyler, Texas, the encouragement he received from his parents to pursue an education and the struggle of starting a practice during the depression. He recalls his dynamic career, his great interest in education, nutrition and his pioneering efforts in cosmetic dentistry.
