Author Biography
Alicia Godoy is currently a graduate student at the University of Houston- Downtown. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice at Texas A&M Corpus Christi. During her time interning at the District Attorney’s office in Corpus Christi, Alicia realized her passion for sentencing reform and rehabilitation of offenders and dedicates her academic efforts and future professional efforts to effecting real change in those sectors of the criminal justice system.
