Abstract
The first student journal, "Nexus Health Policy Journal," launched on Digital Commons@TMC. This is a first-of-its-kind student-run, peer-reviewed journal founded in 2023 and managed by Students for Social Organization, Advocacy, and Policy.
Through a collection of high-quality scholarly articles researched and written by medical students, Nexus aims to explore many sections of health policies including but not limited to: Public Health, Healthcare Access, Health Insurance, Health Equity and Disparities, Mental Health, and Substance Abuse, Pharmaceutical and Drug, Medical Research and Development, Global Health, Emergency Preparedness and Response, Patient Rights and Privacy, Health Technology and Telemedicine, and End-of-Life Care and Ethics.
