Author Biography
Dr. Karla Fredricks is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine and the Director of the Program for Immigrant and Refugee Child Health (PIRCH) at Texas Children's Hospital. She has worked extensively with displaced populations across the globe and currently cares for newly arrived immigrant children on the Texas Children's Hospital Mobile Clinic.
